UnitAlloy Implementation notes

The chassis under the standard.

UnitAlloy is an architecture and rollout practice, not a software reseller. For most franchise and multi-unit networks we implement on GoHighLevel. Here’s why it fits, what it doesn’t do on its own, and when we’d recommend something else.

N-01Why this chassisGoHighLevel · multi-location

Its shape matches a network.

  1. Agency → sub-account maps to HQ → location.

Each location gets its own workspace — its own inbox, calendar and pipeline — while HQ keeps the master design and the view across all of them.

  2. Snapshots make a standard deployable.

Pipelines, workflows, templates and custom fields are built once and deployed identically to every location. That’s the mechanism behind wave rollout.

  3. One place for the front line.

Calls, texts, email, forms, booking and follow-up automation live together, so a location team works from one screen instead of four tabs.

  4. Open enough for the systems you keep.

API and webhooks connect POS, booking engines, ERPs and the reporting tools HQ already trusts.

N-02What we addThe platform is not the standard

Software doesn’t architect itself.

  • AData model and naming standardStages, fields, tags and sources defined once, so every sub-account speaks the same language.
  • BSnapshot versioning and change controlA release log for your system. Changes are tested, versioned and shipped network-wide — not hand-edited per location.
  • CCross-location routingTerritory, service and availability rules that decide which location owns a lead before anyone has to ask.
  • DHQ roll-up reportingOne view across sub-accounts with the same definitions, so locations can be compared honestly.
  • EWave rollout, training and sign-offPilot, then waves. Every location is migrated, trained and checked against the same list.
  • FNetwork careNew locations opened to standard, drift caught early, and a monthly review with ops leadership.
N-03Questions

Chassis questions.

We already run GoHighLevel and every location is different. Can you fix it?

Yes — that’s entry State B. We audit a sample of sub-accounts, design one architecture, version it as a snapshot and bring locations back onto the standard in waves, without stopping them trading.

Who owns the accounts?

You do. The agency account and every location’s sub-account belong to your organisation. We work inside them with delegated access, and everything we build is documented in the Network Architecture Document.

What if we’re committed to HubSpot or Salesforce?

Then we’ll tell you honestly whether the architecture can live there. The standard matters more than the chassis. Where we do recommend a move, we plan the migration with history intact — that’s entry State C.

Is UnitAlloy affiliated with HighLevel?

No. UnitAlloy is independent. GoHighLevel and HighLevel are trademarks of their respective owner and are named here only to describe how we implement.

Architecture first. Chassis second.
